We are a small but talented firm, qualified in a diverse range of survey services.  Our backyard, the Coast Mountain environment, presents unique physical, and safety challenges, which we understand.  We have field survey crews with extensive forestry skills, as well as surveying experience, who are able to plan and execute field work, efficiently.  Each job is set-up and researched by the Principal BCLS, then handed over to a Senior Survey Technologist, to supervise all aspects of field and office work.  Our data management is all digital, from office to field, and back.  We utilize the latest in data collection and management, to enhance the accuracy of our work. 

President - Brian Brown, B.C.L.S. -

A Whistler resident since 1969 Brian, provides Survey Management for all project's.  Brian was articled to Robert B. Brown, P. Eng., B.C.L.S. from June, 1977 to May, 1982, when he received Commission #623 and was awarded the Gold Medal Award for Highest Marks in the 1982 Final exams.  Brian was a partner with Robert B. Brown, P. Eng., B.C.L.S. from June 1977 (when the firm was established) until March 01, 1982 when R.B. Brown passed away.  He has been the sole proprietor and owner of the firm since that time.  With over 30 years experience, Brian has managed over 3000 surveying projects in the Sea to Sky Corridor, Sunshine Coast, Pemberton, Whistler, and surrounding areas.  He understands the nature of surveying, in this Coastal Mountain region., and was recently in charge of the preliminary topographic surveys carried out on the ski hill in the Callaghan Valley.

4 Field Crews consisting of Survey Technicians (Instrument), and Survey Assistants (Chainman);
Field Crew Vehicles, ATV’s, Snowmobiles, Remote Equipment and Job Site Trailer;
Leica Total Station, Recon Handheld Pocket PC’s;
Complete On-Board Inventories for any survey job;
Each Vehicle is equipped with WCB Level 1 First Aid, and other safety equipment.

3 Senior Survey Technologists to manage job data and CAD;
